Linna shows up proudly wearing the first of them, to which Priss points out her abdomen and a sizable part of her pelvis is transparent. Later on Mackie helps redesign the new hardsuits.
Nene corners him and he reassures her he didn't get a good look at anything.like her pink underwear.
Mackie watches Nigel fine-tuning the hardsuits, but never realises that they're meant to be worn by women untl he walks in on the Knight Sabers getting changed. Nene gets a call about a rogue Boomer just as she stepped out of the shower, which means she's rushing down the street in the first pieces of clothing she could find, complaining about how chilly it is. As punishment, she's stuck mopping floors, now wearing gumboots. When Linna turns up to work, she's noted to be dishevelled and missing a shoe. Enraged, Linna chases after Priss, despite wearing high heels ("stupid frickin' high heels!"). 
Priss rides past her, causing Linna to drop her lunch.
